We love to drink beer - all types of beer. When it comes to good beer, we don't discriminate. Light, dark, hoppy - there is a time and a place for them all. We also love making beer. So much so, that we decided to start making it in an old Denver fire station.

We're making all sorts of beer. Come taste for yourself. We'll pour you some tasters in our fancy cups. We have a cool space for drinking beer with friends. Ride your bike. Bring takeout. Whatever, man.

We're making this beer for you. We're making this beer for all. And for us. A lot for us.

COLORADO CREAM

Light, crisp, and refreshing.
Made from Alamosa-grown and malted 2-row barley, brown rice, and Paonia-grown organic Cascade hops. 
5.2% ABV, 15 IBUs, 4 SRM

tangerine CREAM

Sunshine in a glass. Tangerine zest and vanilla are at the forefront, finishing light and creamy. 
5.2% ABV, 15 IBUs, 4 SRM

gose

A slightly tart wheat ale brewed with coriander and a touch of salt. Refreshing with some lacto funk and a wheaty finish.
4.2% ABV, 4 IBUs, 3 SRM

brett saison

Rustic and funky, brewed using a blend of French saison yeast and brettanomyces.
6.2% ABV, 22 IBUs, 6 SRM
Grist Belgian Pils, German Wheat, Canadian Munich, Flaked Oats, Acid Malt, Carafa III

park hill pride

This English Special Bitter has a toasty and nutty malt character with earthy hops.
4.2% ABV, 25 IBUs, 9 SRM
Grist Warminster Maris Otter, Simpson's Heritage Crystal and Double Roasted Crystal
Hops Fuggles, East Kent Goldings

 

pale ale

Built to drink and repeat. Herbal noble hop aroma with citrus and earthiness. Balanced malt, notes of honey and pine.
5.5% ABV, 36 IBUs, 5 SRM

HOp sequence no. 1

Crisp malt character and notes of peach, resin, Key lime and golden raisin.

single hop simcoe ipa

Piney aroma with a bit of sweetness upfront. Fruity cirtus and earthy hops dominate the flavor.

milk stout

Complex and bold with dark chocolate, dried fruit and creamy sweetness. It's udderly delicous.
6.1% ABV, 20 IBUs, 55 SRM

Light, crisp, and refreshing.
Lager-like and pale gold
in color. Brewed with
Colorado ingredients. 
5.2% ABV, 15 IBUs, 4 SRM

SINGLE HOP IPA SERIES

Each batch of our ever-evolving Single Hop Series utilizes a different hop for a unique IPA experience.

The current batch is made with Simcoe
and features dank and
earthy flavors.
6.8% ABV, 70 IBUs, 8 SRM

 

american copper

A balanced amber ale with a complex malt profile and a bright but modest hop character.
5.4% ABV, 33 IBUs, 10 SRM

pale ale

An American pale ale you can drink all day. Simcoe and Saphir hops add notes of honey, pine, and citrus.
5.3% ABV, 36 IBUs, 10 SRM

tangerine cream

2016 CO State Fair Gold Medal

Colorado Cream Ale plus tangerine and vanilla bean. Citrusy and sweet and perfect for summer!

Tuesday: Roaming Bull Brasserie (4:00 to 9:00)
Wednesday: Comfortable Food Truck (4:00 to 9:00)
Thursday: Burger Radio (4:00 to 9:00)
Friday: Meatball. (4:00 to 9:00)
Saturday: Basic Kneads Pizza (1:00 to 9:00)
Sunday: Rotating (1:00 to 8:00)
