We are the Colorado Brewery Running Series™ and we run for beer!

Join us for The Firehouse 5k @ Station 26 Brewing on April 13, 2024, for a 5k-ish, fun run event that starts and ends at this awesome taproom in Denver. Run, walk, jog - whatever goes! Complete the course and celebrate with us and a FREE, local craft brew at the finish line. A portion of proceeds benefits the Retired Firefighters Association of Denver.

Start windows will be available at 10:00 AM & 10:30 AM. Each runner/walker will need to start during their 30-minute start wave window. Please do not arrive at check-in more than 30 minutes before your selected start time begins.

Cross the finish line and celebrate! All participants receive:

• A FREE craft brew

• Your choice of a collector’s pint glass or seasonal swag item from the Brewery Running Series

• Your chance to win sweet door prizes from the Colorado Brewery Running Series, our event sponsors, and the host brewery.

• Access to event festivities: live music, food trucks, local vendors, fun with our partners and sponsors, goodies, and giveaways

Our mission is to be active, have fun and give back to our local community. Since our inaugural Colorado event in 2016, we have been able to donate over $140,000 back to local Colorado non-profits (with over $400k raised to date nationwide). This event will add to that tally! 10% of all proceeds go directly to a local organization that will be on site promoting their organization. So not only do you get to enjoy some healthy activity and great, local beer - you are helping us support local organizations that do important work in our community.

Important details:

• This is an untimed, fun run. All levels of walkers, runners, and joggers are welcome.

• This is an open course, meaning roads will NOT be closed. You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations.

• We create each route to start and end at the brewery and to show off the surrounding neighborhood. The course will be marked with arrows and volunteers to help you know where to go.

• You must bring a valid ID or driver's license. You do not need to be 21 to enjoy the event, but you must be 21 to enjoy the beer. Please drink responsibly. Registered, underage participants will receive a token for a FREE non-alcoholic beverage.

• Our events are rain or shine! If conditions become unsafe to run, we will still hang out and drink beer.

• There will not be a bag check; please plan accordingly and dress appropriately for the weather.

• Dogs and strollers are welcome on the course, with care and caution. Please remember - you are running at your own risk on city sidewalks/streets/trails, which might not be suitable for your 4-legged and /or pint-size running buddies. You will also want to check with the brewery to make sure you can abide by their dog / underage policies. Please make the best decision possible for your crew.

• Colorado Brewery Running Series merchandise, including shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, heat press brewery logos, drinkware, and seasonal items will be available at the event.

• There is public parking available. Is public transit an option for you? Check and see if there’s an accessible route nearby.

• Please drink responsibly. We always encourage carpooling and safe, designated drivers.

Colorado Pint Day is a time-honored tradition that has reached cult-level status with beer lovers flocking to participating breweries every year to purchase Colorado Pint Day limited edition glassware.

$1 of each pint glass sold will be donated to the Colorado Brewers Guild and its mission to promote, protect and propel independent craft breweries in the State of Craft Beer.

Every year Colorado Pint Day is held on a Wednesday in the spring. While the event is a fundraiser for the Colorado Brewers Guild, we also hope to encourage beer lovers to visit breweries on a day of the week that is traditionally slower, hence a Wednesday.

This year’s theme for Colorado Pint Day is Spring Skiing and Pond Skimming! We want to celebrate everything that comes with spring skiing including mountains, snow, sun, and skiing in the last few weeks of spring!

Congratulations to Rhyan Montgomery from Ramblebine Brewing in Grand Junction for designing the winning artwork for 2024 Colorado Pint Day! This is our 3rd annual Colorado Pint Day art competition! Any CBG member employee was able submit their artwork.

We will have both pint glasses + stickers available for purchase!

Join a few of the firefighters from the Colorado Firefighter Calendar for a 70s theme night at the Station!

The Colorado Firefighter Calendar has been around since 2011 and they are a non profit organization that has raised nearly one million dollars for Colorado Children's Hospital, and pediatric burn recovery programs. All of their firefighters are professional firefighters throughout the state of Colorado and they volunteer their time all year to host fundraiser events to support their mission. They will be joining us from 5-9pm at the Station selling their 2024 calendar for $20 and hanging out with us enjoying some beer!

On Vinyl Tonight will be spinning some 70s music for the night!

Be sure to dress in your best 70s attire. Best dressed will win a Station 26 gift card at the end of the night.

Carnivorous Terrarium Class with The Terrorium Shop--65$ per person

Learn about the exciting world of carnivorous plants and build your own enclosure in this class!

This class will start off with a short lecture on carnivorous plants, their natural environments, substrate materials needed to grow carnivorous plants, and the different varieties of plants that you will be working with in the class.

Following the lecture you will build your very own carnivorous enclosure featuring two carnivorous plants, living moss and a crystal.

Each participant will go home with care knowledge and their very own carnivorous plant terrarium.

-Flash Tattoos with Susy Gallardo from Title Nine Tattoo. Susy specializes in ornamental and fine line tattoos. You can see some of her work here.

• Susy will pre-sell flash tattoos the week before the event. They will be first come, first served and will be limited availability.

• Tattoos will be $150 per tattoo and designs will focus around Denver, Colorado and a couple Station 26 themed (yes, we know there are few of you out there who absolutely would get a Station 26 tattoo and here is your chance).

-Beer Olympics!

• Beer Olympics will be a sign up only event from 1-3pm. Hosted by our friend Matty McG, contestants will participate in a series of beer games to win some prizes. Top contesants in each game category will be awarded points and the person with the most points at the end of the game will win the grand prize!

• Grand prize will be something big-think Avalanche tickets, with 2nd and 3rd place prizes as well.

• Games will consist of :

  • Name that Beer!- A sensory game where you’ll get to taste and smell a few of our beers while blindfolded and have to pick the right beer names out of a lineup.

  • Flip Cup- need us to explain this one? We know you did it in college…

  • Beer Balancing Contest- How long can you hold a solo cup filled with beer on your head?

  • Potato Sack Race w/ Beer Solo Cup in Mouth- remember this one from field day? How well can you hop? How well can you hop without spilling any beer from your cup? Points will be awarded based on fastest and those with the most beer in their cups at the end.

On top of all of that, we will be offering limited edition (and limited quantities) of 303 Merch, specialty 303 Lager beers, and a very special Keep the Glass option!
