The Twin Ladder Mission Ballroom Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Station 26 Brewing Co. ("Sponsor").

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time (MT) on August 7, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on October 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Legal residents of Colorado

• Twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry

• Individuals who complete the official online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Station 26 Brewing Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official giveaway landing page and complete the online entry form by providing the required information.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to one eligible concert of the winner's choice at Mission Ballroom

• Concert must take place between November 5, 2026, and December 31, 2026

Prize includes event tickets only.

The prize does not include:

• Transportation

• Parking

• Lodging

• Food or beverages

• Merchandise

• Additional expenses

If the winner's preferred concert is sold out or otherwise unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable concert or prize of equal or greater value.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during entry.

If:

• the winner cannot be contacted,

• fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours,

• is determined to be ineligible, or

• declines the prize,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, hometown, and submitted information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

• Verify eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Station 26 Brewing Co., Mission Ballroom, their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Mission Ballroom is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Station 26 Brewing Co.'s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and to send promotional communications from Station 26 Brewing Co.

Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
